Do you like to be the go-to person for getting things done? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where there is always a new project to take on and a new task to be handled? If so, you're who we are looking for to fill this Service Desk Coordinator position in Kaimuki. 


You will work with a well-known spa company to deliver high-end customer service and handle all administrative tasks. If you meet all the requirements listed below, we're waiting to hear from you!


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Perform data entry and strive to maintain a zero error rate
  • Maintain schedules for all guests and staff
  • Create spreadsheets and documents 
  • Answer any customer questions or inquiries
  • Take on projects as needed
  • Handle other duties as assigned


Required Education and Qualifications:


  • Customer service experience—you have a strong background working with other people and know how to deliver the highest level of service.
  • Professional attitude—no matter whats going on behind the scenes or who walks through the door, you can maintain a positive and appropriate demeanor at all times.
  • Organized—you should be good at multi-tasking and keeping every project in order.
  • Passion for the industry—we want you to love coming to work every day, so interest in the beauty industry is a must.
