Salary: $16.00 – $18.00
Job Type: Part-time
Shift and schedule: 5PM – 9PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Training, scheduling, and directing janitorial staff
• Bi-weekly payroll
• Work orders
• Monthly safety training
• Accident reporting
• Inventory of supplies and equipment
• Disciplinary documented discussions and re-training
• Power washing/machine scrubbing
• General cleaning
• Report photos and documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience of 2-5 years
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Flexible and adapt well to change
• Team Player
