Responsibilities
Â
The NEi Site Supervisor will be responsible for all custodial operations at the USS Arizona Memorial Shoreside Facilities Project Site (PERL [Pearl Harbor National Memorial]). The Project Site Includes public restrooms, employee restroom/locker room, and employee breakroom. The Project Site Supervisor is a senior level working custodian with leadership and administrative responsibilities as followed:

Ensure that all quality service standards are met to the specifications as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Â
Schedule, train, supervise and monitor performance of custodial team members.
Â
Enforce and ensure that all safety protocols and policies are being followed.
Â
Control of inventory and reordering of supplies such as paper goods, cleaning chemicals, minor and major custodial equipment, and other custodial supplies.
Â
Must be able to perform administrative duties such as scheduling, team member evaluations, processing of times cards, distributing payroll, coaching of team members when performance situations occur.
Â
Perform custodial duties as needed.
Â
Must be able to comfortably interact with co-workers, subordinates, USS Arizona personnel, USS Arizona Memorial visitors/guests, NEi leadership team, etc.
Â
Awareness of OSHA/HIOSHA and safety rules.
This position reports directly to NEi’s President & CEO.

Qualifications
3+ years of custodial experience (comfortable in an environment that interacts with military/federal government personnel and/or tourist)
Â
Must be comfortable working with individuals who may have disabilities (US AbilityOne / SourceAmerica job site).
Â
Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, written, and communications skills.                  Â��        Â
Â
Ability to use or learn how to use an iPhone, walkie talkie and windows laptop computer.
Â
Ability to use or learn how to use Microsoft Outlook and other web-based software.
Â
Must be able to pass military background check, physical and pre-employment drug test.
Â
Hawaii driver’s license and vehicle (when driving for work related business mileage will be reimbursed to the site supervisor according to the most current IRS regulations).

Status / Days / Hours
Â
Status: Full-Time (40 hours a week) non-exempt
Â
Days: Monday to Friday (working weekend days in place of weekday days possible/negotiable)
Time: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (Start time negotiable) (1/2 hour to 1-hour Unpaid Lunchbreak)
Â
Working Federal Holidays are paid at time and half hourly rate except for non-working Federal Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years’ – straight pay rate per hour).

Salary Range & Benefits
Â
Hourly rate range $18.00 to 22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Â
Health and welfare of an additional $1.65 to $4.41 per hour (up to 40 hours per week) will be paid into a retirement account
