Join the team at Paradise Massages Waikiki & Spa! We’re seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome clients, handle bookings, and help ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—professionalism and a warm attitude are essential.

📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients at check-in and check-out
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Explain services, pricing, and promotions clearly
• Keep the front desk and lobby area tidy and welcoming
• Support therapists with time management and coordination

✅ Requirements:
• Must have previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk/customer service role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Calm, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
• Comfortable using phone systems and basic computer software
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent

🌺 Preferred:
• Experience in a spa, salon, or hotel environment
• Familiarity with spa booking software
• Bilingual (especially Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin)



MASSAGE THERAPIST – Now Hiring (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We are looking for licensed, passionate, and reliable massage therapists who represent the aloha spirit and provide excellent service to our valued clients.

Requirements:

Valid Hawaii massage therapy license

Professional liability insurance

Active Hawaii GET license

Positive, warm energy and the aloha spirit

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Team-oriented mindset and great communication

Available on weekdays and weekends

Maintain professional appearance and hygiene

Follow spa protocols and maintain cleanliness in therapy rooms and common areas

Provide excellent client experience

Keep strict client confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay: Tips
Location: In-person, Waikiki, Honolulu
