Small locally-owned business looking to hire another Designer/Space Planner.
As a Designer you would be creating attractive, functional furniture space plans. Collaborate daily with the project team to provide our cilents with solutions that fit their budget, aesthetics and functional needs. Must work well both independently and with a team. Must be tech-savvy (AutoCAD and proprietary design/rendering software). Must be able to visualize spaces in 3D (Can you look at a room and be able to "see" how things would fit into it?). Must have a positive can-do attitude. Some days are 8am-5pm while other days require more work to meet deadlines.
We are a great team with a lot of longevity. Our goal is for every hire to find a "home" with us.
Compensation - $45k to $60k plus commissions, medical/dental/vision/drug, 401k with matching, life insurance, 10 paid holidays, 16 paid days off per year for Sick/Vacation/Personal.
