Job Description

The Sr. Office Specialist will assist the warehouse managers, warehouse personnel and business office associates in the daily operations.


Responsibilities Include:
1. Maintain stock locators, activate various functions including cycle counting, dispatching loads for deliveries and reporting any related system requirements in warehouse management system, Oracle.
2. Assist the drivers and business office associates in collecting route sheets, invoices, payments upon their return to warehouse. 
3. Process cash/check payments to be submitted to Business Office for consolidation with daily submission to bank and Accounting.
4. Prepare daily bank deposits and balance cash
5. Builds effective relationships and customer service with both internal and external customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2-3 years office administrative worked experience
• Excellent customer-service attitude
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to type 50 wpm and use 10-key
• Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
• Knowledgeable in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database system such as Oracle
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and some Saturdays
