Overview

Mana Up is looking for a Multi Store Manager to lead two locations on Oahu for our retail division  - House of Mana Up.

About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee operations at both of our boutique locations on Oahu—Royal Hawaiian Center and South Shore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail, possess strong leadership skills, and excel at managing multiple teams to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain high operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the two boutique locations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage staffing, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations across both locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and oversee merchandising to maintain appealing displays.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Marketing Director to plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional events across both stores.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and contribute to financial planning for each location.
  • Maintain open communication between locations to foster teamwork and consistency in brand experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience - minimum 2 yrs
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and Google for Business
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for fashion and retail trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement business strategies.
  • Flexibility to travel between locations and work varied hours as needed.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Overseeing multiple locations or departments. Desired (but not required)
