Superintendent

MW Building Systems, LLC is hiring a Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on active job sites in Waipahu and across Oʻahu. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee the jobsite, including schedule, safety, quality, and crews.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily field operations, including subcontractors and crews.

• Enforce jobsite safety programs and OSHA compliance.

• Maintain project schedules and identify and resolve delays proactively.

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets plans and specifications.

• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries with the project team.

• Run subcontractor and safety meetings and document daily field reports.

• Partner with the Project Manager and Project Engineer on schedules, budgets, and RFIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience in commercial or residential construction.

• Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction means and methods.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.

• Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

• Valid driver's license.
