Synthetic Turf Installers

We are in need of dependable, hard workers to join our team installing synthetic turf for Home Depot.  This position offers opportunity for growth that can lead to leadership rolls and higher pay.

Requirements:

Driver's license and reliable means to get to work on time every workday. - REQUIRED

Excellent attendance & punctuality record,  reliable

Must be professional and represent our company as well as Home Depot

Fast learner, fast paced, hard worker

Follows specific plans,  protocol and pays attention to detail

Ability to anticipate what needs to be done and to proactively take action

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction

Construction and/or turf or landscaping installation experience

Own your own necessary tools, maintain and have ready for each job

Work 4 day work week (Mon-Thur) some Fridays, weekends, and outer island jobs - as needed

Typical work day:

Arrive ready to work: 7:00am, prepare for job at warehouse, loading trucks with needed supplies, etc.

On Site: Prepping can include digging, excavating, demo, aggregate, etc.

Installation: aggregate foundation,  cutting and seaming turf, infill

Finish: Clean up, client communications, organize warehouse and prepare for next project, etc.

Pluses:

Experience in any of the above or similar installation processes like, carpet, tile, troweling, building or concrete work.
