Why This Role Matters

This is a talent acquisition-driven HR role, where you will own and execute hiring across the organization. The majority of your time will be spent driving recruiting efforts, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting, while also supporting key HR functions like onboarding, employee relations, employee support, and compliance.

What You’ll Be DoingTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple open roles, managing active requisitions and building candidate pipelines
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, align on hiring strategy, and drive timely next steps
  • Source candidates through job boards, outreach, referrals, and community engagement
  • Conduct phone screens and manage candidates from initial contact through offer
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently
  • Deliver a strong and consistent candidate experience
  • Manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Take ownership of hiring outcomes, including time-to-fill and candidate quality

HR Support (Secondary)

  • Support onboarding and new hire transitions
  • Maintain accurate ATS/HRIS records and HR documentation
  • Provide day-to-day HR support including policy guidance and employee questions
  • Assist with employee relations matters such as handling employee concerns, supporting investigations, and partnering with managers on workplace issues
  • Support compliance and consistent HR practices across teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related role with hands-on recruiting responsibilities
  • Experience supporting or leading full-cycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions
  • Comfortable with high-volume hiring and sourcing candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and recruiting tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience or exposure to employee relations is a strong plus
  • Understanding of Hawai‘i’s local workforce and culture preferred
