Job Description

Downtown Honolulu CPA firm seeking a Tax Office Administrator.  

 

Responsibilities include:

•Processing client data and reports.  

•Overseeing e-file processes.

•Coordinating work flow management.

•Maintaining practice management database including tracking multiple deadlines.  

•Communicating with clients and CPA team regarding scheduling and work assignments.

•Billing and receivables.

•Other duties as assigned.  

 

Qualifications:

•Organized and reliable individual with excellent client service and communication skills.

•Strong computer skills and aptitude to learn numerous applications.

•High accuracy and attention to detail.   

•Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

•Ability to multi-task, perform under time constraints and meet deadlines.

•CPA firm and tax office experience a plus.
