Job Description
Hiking Hawaii Cafe is a locally loved cafe that serves up fresh, island-inspired food and drinks for adventurers and locals alike. We take pride in our smoothies, bowls, fresh meals, and welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for passionate, reliable team members who love great food, great service, and the Aloha spirit.
While duties will vary based on your shift, all team members are expected to:
  • Providing friendly, welcoming customer service
  • Preparing and serving food, smoothies, and drinks
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
  • Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Collaborating with a team to keep things running smoothly
What we’re looking for
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or barista work is a plus but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
