Territory Manager

Location: Honolulu, HI – American Floor and Home
Full-Time Exempt Position

What You’ll Do:

  • Grow your territory by building trusted relationships and helping clients find the right flooring solutions

  • Represent top-tier products and present them with confidence and clarity

  • Attend jobsite visits, host showroom walk-throughs, and offer hands-on support to clients

  • Be the go-to expert for your customers, always keeping them in the loop and ahead of the curve

  • Use your time wisely, follow up like a pro, and manage your pipeline with the help of CRM tools

  • Stay in the know on trends, competitors, and market movements that can shape your strategy

Qualifications

  • Outside sales experience preferred (hospitality, customer service, or construction industry experience is a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus

  • Strong organization and time management; you're self-directed and dependable

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and full-time access to a personal vehicle

  • Must be able to travel throughout Oʻahu and occasionally attend events outside of regular hours

  • Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours or holidays as needed
