Title Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze title documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve title issues to ensure clear property ownership
• Prepare title commitments, policies, and endorsements
• Communicate with escrow officers, lenders, and clients to facilitate closings
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in title examination or title insurance preferred
• Strong understanding of legal descriptions and property records
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
