We are currently seeking a USCG Licensed Captain to join our growing team for full-time or part-time opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate and navigate commercial vessels in Maunalua Bay
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and aloha spirit
• Conduct vessel safety checks and maintain operational readiness
• Communicate clearly with crew and guests
• Assist with docking, boarding, and overall vessel operations
• Ensure all USCG and company safety standards are followed

Qualifications

• Current USCG Captain’s License
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Strong boating and seamanship skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
