Looking for a temporary, full-time office job? Check out this Admin position for a warehouse near the airport. This role will task you with interacting with customers, taking phone calls, and taking on a wide range of administrative duties as needed. 

 

This position will start as soon as possible and run for at least a few months. Parking will be provided for you!

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Greet customers and vendors 
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintain an up-to-date level of inventory
  • Perform light data entry
  • Copy, fax, and file

 

Required Education and Qualifications:

 

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication
  • Must be reliable, punctual and comfortable working in warehouse environment
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Able to work well independently and finish tasks in a timely manner
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs. and walk up/ down stairwell
  • Ability to commit through the entire length of assignment
