What You’ll Do:

• Deliver excellent customer service to walk-ins, pickups, and vendor reps

• Load and unload flooring materials safely and efficiently

• Track, store, and organize inventory using our systems

• Prepare and restock orders for installation teams and customer deliveries

• Operate forklifts, company vans, and flatbeds (we’ll train you!)

• Cut flooring materials, finish carpet edges, and prep for installation

• Monitor slow-moving products and recommend adjustments

• Support daily warehouse flow, safety procedures, and cleanliness

• Keep accurate records and paperwork for shipping/receiving

• Be a team player—help out where needed!

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift 100 lbs with proper equipment

• Warehouse experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)

• Forklift experience a plus

• Attention to detail and good with systems

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
