Job Description
Hawaii Distribution Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This full-time shift-based position plays a key role in inventory handling, order fulfillment, and both inbound and outbound processing.

We’re proud to partner with CU Hawaii, a new convenience store chain that originated in Korea, to provide warehouse and delivery services. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of the first-ever CU convenience store launch in the United States!


Primary Warehouse Duties
• Picking & Sorting: Accurately select products based on order lists and organize by store/delivery route.
• Receiving & Inbound Stocking: Unload incoming deliveries, break down pallets, and stock goods in appropriate areas.
• Inventory Management: Track stock using warehouse systems; assist with cycle counts and data entry
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, expiration dates, and proper labeling.
• Packing & Shipping: Prepare accurate shipments and assist with outbound fulfillment as needed.
Other Duties:
• Assist with general warehouse or delivery support as directed.
• May require forklift use (certification preferred; training available).
• Drive a light delivery vehicle to transport products to retail locations.
  • Required: Driver's License Class 3: These licenses specify that the vehicle must be less than 18,000lbs and hold no more than 15 passengers.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, orderly storage and workspaces; assist with end-of-day cleaning tasks

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, based on operational needs.
• Must be able to move up to 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable and proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Summary of 2025 Benefits for HDC Full-Time Non-Exempt Employees

- 10 days/80 hours of annual paid vacation (accumulating by 3.33 hours per semi-monthly pay period),
increasing to 15 days/120 hours (5.00 hours per pay period) after 5 years of service.
- 5 days/40 hours of annual paid sick leave accumulating by 1.67 hours per semi-monthly pay period.

• Holiday Pay Rate:
  • Team members who work on designated holidays will be compensated at 1.5x regular pay.
  • HDC recognized holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.
• Choice of HMAA or Kaiser medical/Rx/vision & HDS dental coverage
  • For employees selecting the base medical plans, the company will pay 100% of the EE’s monthly premium.
  • Employees who already have medical coverage can waive the company coverage and receive an additional payment of $300 per month. Please see Human Resources for details.
  • For employees selecting an upgraded plan, the employee is responsible for the incremental difference in the monthly premium as a pretax payroll deduction.
