Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support our daily warehouse operations under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and preparing medical equipment so it is "Patient Ready".

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with receiving, coordinating, and managing the stocking/rotation of goods to minimize waste.
Equipment Quality Control: Process returned equipment in the designated dirty area promptly. Inspect, test, and document "Patient Ready" medical equipment for proper function before storage or distribution.
Operational Support: Assist in loading and unloading medical equipment according to company policy. Maintain proper labeling and signage for regulatory compliance.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Participate in team meetings, provide operational feedback to supervisors, and provide training or guidance to fellow teammates as needed.
Adaptability: Complete special projects, resolve customer equipment issues, and step in to cover Delivery Technician responsibilities or other areas when needed.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
Background & Driving: Must meet company background check standards and possess a valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company standards.
Skills: * Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills (in-person, phone, and electronic).
Basic computer and mathematical proficiency.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and regulatory compliance (FDA, Joint Commission) is a major plus.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with moving heavy equipment.
Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and pulling/pushing.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot Durable Medical Equipment.
Work environment includes exposure to varying temperature ranges (indoor climate-controlled to outdoor conditions), noise, dust, and odors.
May require routine vaccinations, participation in medical assessments, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Occasional travel may be required.
