Warehouse Worker

Garden & Valley Isle Seafood is hiring a full-time Warehouse Worker to join our team.

We are a local, employee-owned company (ESOP) with many employees who have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and even 20+ years.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing seafood products and supplies. This role ensures orders are accurately prepared, properly handled, and ready for delivery in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Receive, inspect, and store products in proper locations
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow food safety and handling procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and shipping goals

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment. Warehouse experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Applicants should be able to:

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Work early morning or daytime hours as scheduled
• Work well with others and follow instructions
