Responsibilities

• Responsible for the retention of high-priority groups.
• Maintain Salesforce client pipeline to manage client interactions and track progress.
• Establish positive working relationships with employers, brokers, and account executives.
• Assist employers and brokers with resolving issues regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, renewals, negotiations, existing plan changes, etc.
• Manage accounts with the ability to de-escalate situations.
• Perform customer service phone calls and site visits dependent on clients? needs.
• Promote products and services.
• Prepare and conduct presentations.
• Distribute renewals to brokers and discuss renewal strategies with brokers and clients.
• Work with other departments to identify streamlining opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior related experience in the healthcare or insurance industries preferred.
• Sales oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salesforce experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and organizational skills.
