Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, experience handling claims, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. An active insurance license is preferred.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$85,000 a year, Depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of insurance accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, policy changes, and coverage needs.
  • Assist clients with claims processing and provide guidance throughout the claims experience.
  • Review policies to ensure appropriate coverage and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry required.
  • Experience handling insurance claims.
  • Active insurance license (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service experience with a client-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
