Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Specialist Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills and be proficient in handling various office tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting our account management processes.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming mail, including sorting, prioritizing, and distributing to appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Analyze and filter correspondence to ensure efficient handling of important documents and time-sensitive materials.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records in our database systems.
  • Handle basic clerical duties, such as filing and organizing documents.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the account management team and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Ability to perform data entry with high accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with basic administrative tasks preferred.
  • Familiarity with database management and record-keeping practices.
