Accounting Admin (200749-04)

Work alongside the CFO of a local food company. This role will provide general accounting assistance starting ASAP for approximately 1 month. Apply now!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$20 an hour


  • Record and process accounts payable.
  • Issue invoices and collect from customers.
  • Maintain inventory spreadsheet (monthly and year-end).
  • Make bank deposits via scanner in-house.
  • Remit Hawaii GE sales taxes.
  • Reconcile bank, petty cash (if any), credit cards and any company records as required.
  • Create financial statements and related financial reports.
  • Collect information for the preparation of tax returns and/or insurance audits as needed.
  • Maintain a coherent system of accounts
  • Monitor cash levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
  • Able to start ASAP and commit for at least 1 month.
  • Highly detailed and organized.
  • Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Sage 50.
