Accounting Clerk (198088-5)

Seeking a highly-organized Accounting Clerk for an architecture firm in Honolulu. The Accounting Clerk will assist with compiling data, preparing reports, verifying and reconciling records, as well as handling basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar industry, Microsoft Office proficiency, and excellent multi-tasking skills.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$40,000 a year


  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar industry (architecture, engineering, or construction) preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong organization, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
