Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Process and pay bills in a timely manner.
  • Contact tenants for collection of delinquent rents, fees, and tenant reimbursements.
  • Prepare income and expense statements for property owners.
  • Respond to inquiries from owners and tenants.
  • Communicate with other property management companies and government agencies as needed.
  • Compose professional letters and correspondence.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and record detailed messages.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
