Accounting Clerk Admin (198585-04)

A local auto service business is seeking an accounting admin for immediate hire. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain valuable experience. Candidates for this role must be good with numbers and have some accounting experience or education. Candidates must also have good clerical skills be comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word. Parking will be provided for you. Apply today to be considered!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$15 to $16 an hour


  • Answer phones and assist customers.
  • Handle light accounting duties by accurately logging checks and balancing books.
  • Perform data entry in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist with cashiering, mainly handling credit card transactions.
  • Assist with daily errands of supplies.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.


  • Must have accounting education or experience.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Comfortable working with numbers.
  • High level of analytical, organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract.
