  • Respond promptly to emails.
  • Register and input residential information.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Manage all accounts payables/receivables.
  • Help with payroll tracking.
  • Assist Comptroller with financial statements.
  • Audit and maintain resident payments.


  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Must have prior admin/office experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
