Seeking an Accounting Manager for a stable IT engineering firm. This role will be responsible for the company's overall accounting and financial matters including but not limited to AR/AP, month and year-end processing, payroll processing, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables.
• Process invoices and collect on past-due invoices.
• Handle month and year-end processing and financial statements.
• Process payroll via ADP.
• Assist company CPA in preparing audited financial statements and tax returns.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• College degree in accounting, finance, or related field desired.
• Minimum 3-5 years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
• Knowledgeable of accounting fundamentals and GAAP.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
