Are you looking for a full-time accounting role? Then this opportunity is perfect for you! Assist a stable restaurant with daily accounting and administrative duties. In addition to handling accounting and admin duties, you will also coordinate with the company's third-party administrator of payroll, benefits, and HR and provide necessary info or docuemnts as needed. Japanese language skills are a huge plus!

  • Handle daily accounting duties including account payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate financial files.
  • Check invoices and bills for accuracy.
  • Process payments.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
  • Coordinate with the third-party administrator of payroll, HR, and benefits.
  • Handle daily office admin duties including but not limited to filing, printing, copying, answering phones/emails, etc.


  • College degree in accounting and/or prior working experience in an accounting function.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Japanese language skills a plus.
  • Detail and deadline-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task.
