This role provides essential support to the accounting team and plays a key part in ensuring timely responses to vendor, client, and lender inquiries. Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist with general ledger tasks, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Review and organize financial data to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
  • Support various routine accounting functions including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Conduct research to resolve discrepancies or address questions from clients or vendors.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and special projects.
  • Help streamline processes and uplhold best practices in financial documentation.

Qualifications

  • College degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or accounting-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accounting software preferred.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
