Admin Assistant (200788-04)

Marketing and lifestyle agency with ties in both Hawaii and Japan is seeking a qualified Admin Assistant to help their lifestyle division for approximately 3 months, starting ASAP!

We're looking for candidates with marketing/communications or related education and/or experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your resume with a high-end company!

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Location

Ala Moana, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin and project support for various programs.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for new business proposals.
  • Assist in setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Create corresponding marketing materials for various campaigns.
  • Assist with researching new technologies and developments in digital marketing.
  • Assist with marketing events as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications.
  • General office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, emailing, etc.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent work experience in marketing or similar.
  • Marketing and luxury branding experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Digital marketing experience is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to multitask.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Bilingual Japanese and English is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience using Google applications, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing tools is a plus.
