A local company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, finalizing fee proposals, sending contract documents, and booking travel arrangements.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Finalize fee proposals and email them to clients.
  • Send contract documents and ensure signed copies are returned from clients.
  • Prepare and maintain job folders.
  • Assemble submittal packets for qualification to bid on government solicitations.
  • Book travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
