Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper (222600-14)
Seeking a full-time or part-time Bookkeeper for a boutique real estate firm in Downtown Honolulu. This role will oversee monthly tenant billings and ensure that payments for all properties are received in a timely manner. Candidates for this role must be highly detail-oriented and have experience with QuickBooks. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Downtown parking will be provided for you!
Hours
Full-time, Full-time, negotiable to work part-time
Location
Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$25 an hour
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly billings to tenants for all properties and oversee all accounts receivable.
- Prepare late notices to tenants, including calculating late fees and interest.
- Communicate with tenants to clear up payment questions or issues as they arise.
- Perform bank runs.
- Generate financial reports.
- Assist with other AR or AP duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree in accounting, finance, business, or other related field preferred.
- Prior accounting experience required. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Proficiency using QuickBooks.
- Highly detail-oriented and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- 10-key skills.
