Job Description

If you have top-notch people skills and enjoy interacting with others, this position may be right for you. You will work with an insurance company to speak to clients and explain services offered by the company. Since that will require you to spend your day primarily on the phone, we need someone who is an excellent verbal communicator.

This company wants to work with motivated individuals who love a challenge! Candidates who apply should be willing to obtain their Property and Casualty license and looking to grow their career. Parking will be provided!


Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


Hawaii Kai, Honolulu, Oahu


$18 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer calls.
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail.
  • Build personal relationships with customers and anticipate their insurance needs.
  • Take care of customer requests, policy changes, billing inquiries, and payments.
  • Identify sales opportunities and forward any leads to sales professionals.
  • Perform other general office duties such as printing, filing, maintaining supplies, etc.


  • Background in the insurance industry a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Friendly and professional communication style.
  • Organized, strong attention to detail and able to multi-task.
  • Willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license.
