Administrative Assistant (216601-14)Our client is seeking a precise and proactive administrative assistant for their busy insurance practice. This role will provide administrative support for a small office of under 5 employees, and will be responsible for the smooth operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will support employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
Hours
Full-time, Monday 9:00AM-5:00PM, Tuesday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Location
Kahala, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$40,000 to $50,000 a year
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- Easygoing personality with proven ability to stay on top of work.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
