Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin to join a restaurant group and provide support to their executive level with daily administrative duties and financial operations. This is a temporary position that will transition into a permanent position.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm or 8:30am-6pm

Location

Waikiki, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $27 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records for restaurant operations.
  • Answer phones, direct calls and assist with general inquiries from vendors, partners, and guest.
  • Prepare and send external communications, including invoices, vendor correspondence, and payment mailings.
  • Process and organize check payments, including stuffing and mailing.
  • Assist with payroll auditing by reviewing timesheets and reports for accuracy.
  • Support Management with clerical task such as filing scanning, copying and scheduling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and payroll information.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the corporate team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers.
  • Strong Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel & Google workspace (docs, Sheets and Gmail).
  • High school diploma or equivalent associate degree or coursework in business or accounting preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and good attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Bi-lingual Japanese speaking is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
