Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $23 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Copy and track all client and practice materials, including business correspondence.
  • Follow up on correspondence with customers and supervisors.
  • Schedule meetings, client appointments and prepare intake documents.
  • Conduct follow up and appointment reminder calls to clients.
  • Greet clients upon arrival.
  • Maintain accurate filing of client managing system.
  • Document client contacts and calls accurately.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Effective communication with clients and staff.
  • Ability to speak well over the phone.
  • Compliance to all company rules and regulations.
