Job Description

A local company is seeking an Administrative Assistant that provides clerical and administrative support to a professional office. This role supports daily operations, assists leadership and program staff, and helps maintain efficient office workflow. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can quickly adapt and provide reliable support in a structured work environment.

Hours

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 4:30pm

Location

Ala Moana, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$22 to $27 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, data entry, document preparation).
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Assist with processing invoices, forms, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
