We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations and providing administrative support to engineering and technical staff.

Hours

Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00 am. to 5:00 p.m.

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$25 to $30 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Process and manage employee timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of labor hours and project assignments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing professional and courteous assistance.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases to ensure accurate and efficient information management.
  • Assist engineering and administrative staff with reports, correspondence, and special projects.
  • Support office operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, technical, or professional service environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
