Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Dispatcher to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs for technicians and ensuring prompt communication within the team. You will need to be available on Sundays but will get one weekday off.

The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling and dispatching experience.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Sunday from 7am-3pm

Location

Airport Area, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Schedule jobs for technicians.
  • Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and ensure prompt communication within the team.
  • Receive payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with office errands and tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly scheduling and dispatching.
  • Proficiency in using Apple products, especially MAC systems.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
