Job Description

Luxury high rise in Honolulu seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to help maintain their daily operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities for this position include scheduling appointments, assisting tenants and guests, and maintaining database information. You will often be the first point of contact for the building, so you must be friendly and professional at all times.


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$15 an hour


  • Perform general office duties such as mailing, filing, scanning.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Greet and assist tenants and guests.
  • Maintain information in database.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Professional representation at all times.
