Administrative Assistant / Receptionist (200975-5)

Full-time work opportunity with a family-owned supplier. You will run point on the daily administrative tasks of a small office. Your duties will include inputting data into QuickBooks and Google Sheets (training can be provided), answering phones and emails, and supporting the office staff. If you have great admin and computer skills, we want to hear from you!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm


Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu


$15 to $18 an hour


  • Prior admin experience (1-2 years) preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required. QuickBooks and Google Sheets experience desirable.
  • Desire to work in a small, family-oriented office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
