Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Location
Liliha, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay
$19 to $20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls.
- Process and submit payments.
- Schedule appointments and events.
- Maintain event documentation.
- Print and distribute proposals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous admin and/or customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone.
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
