Job Description

Join a premier event planning company as an Administrative Assistant! You'll work alongside a small, but dynamic team and help clients put their dream events together.

This company is open to a remote or hybrid work schedule!

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Location

Liliha, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$19 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming phone calls.
  • Process and submit payments.
  • Schedule appointments and events.
  • Maintain event documentation.
  • Print and distribute proposals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous admin and/or customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone.
  • Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
