Administrative Assistant w. Excel (199683-14)

Seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong Microsoft Excel skills for an opening with a reputable petroleum company. The ideal candidate should be familiar with and know how to do pivot tables. In this role, you will provide general office support to the team and handle a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, distributing mail, handling correspondences, and generating and distributing reports. This position comes with great medical benefits and parking on premises will be provided for you!

Hours

Full-time, 8:00am-4:00pm

Location

Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$14 to $17 an hour

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative/office experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of petroleum products a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly initiative.
