A well known medical facility on Oahu is looking for secretarial assistance for the next 6 months!

This is a full-time, temporary position for the next 6 months. Parking is not provided.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of secretarial and administrative support duties.
• Relieve the assigned Manager of routine duties.
• Required to make routine administrative decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous secretarial or business school graduate or two years progressively responsible administrative support/secretarial experience may substitute education requirement.
• Previous experience in a hospital or health care setting preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous experience with scheduling and managing meetings using virtual platforms (WebEx preferred).
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Possess strong time management skills.
• Possess high level of attention to detail.
• Self motivated, reliable, dependable.
