$16 an hour


  • Process tax returns both on paper and electronic formats.
  • Recieve and distribute all incoming mail.
  • Prepare mail and handle post office runs.
  • Prepare and drop off Fedex packages as necessary.
  • Scan and save documents to/from the cloud server.
  • Prepare invoices and handle accounts receivables.
  • Maintain and replenish supplies.
  • Assist with general administrative office duties.


  • Knowledge in CPA firms and taxes a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to use Adobe Acrobat and edit and combine PDF files.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and motivated.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual Japanese preferred but not required.
