Located in the heart of Honolulu, in this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicle safety and performance by accurately diagnosing, adjusting, and repairing wheel alignment issues, as well as expertly maintaining, installing, and balancing tires. You will be a key player in the service department, contributing directly to their reputation for excellence.

Full-time, 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Pay

$22 to $26 an hour

Responsibilities

• Perform precise wheel alignments, diagnosing complex alignment issues using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Adjust vehicle suspension components to correct camber, caster, and toe angles to manufacturer specifications.
• Expertly mount, balance, rotate, and repair a wide range of tires for various vehicle types.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections related to tires and suspension systems.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and findings.
• Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable, hands-on experience in an automotive shop environment, with a specific focus on alignment and tire services.
• Valid and clean driver's license is required.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with the role (bending, stooping, standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling).
• Ability to diagnose and problem-solve.
• Adherence to a strict zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
