Our client is seeking an Architectural Designer to join their team. In this role, you will start out by assisting with architectural and engineering drawings for smaller building construction. Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and engineering drawings for smaller building construction.
• Assist presentation meetings and participate in some degree of direct client relationship.
• Assist with some site construction observation and construction administration.
• Coordinate permit and approval process for projects of most sizes.
• Evaluate, select and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture and/or combination of degree(s) in a related field and/or equivalent number of years of experience.
• Previous experience in Revit required.
• Advanced/moderate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3D Studio.
