Job Description

A nationally recognized company in the real estate industry is looking to add an Assistant Account Manager to their Honolulu team. This full-time role will be responsible for providing sales, marketing, and customer service support. Excellent administrative and phone skills are a must, prior real estate experience is a plus!


Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$45,000 to $55,000 a year


  • Provide phone support and regularly interact with clients.
  • Prepare a variety of form documents and correspondence.
  • Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Process forms and follow up on missing information.
  • Establish and maintain records.
  • Perform accurate data entry into company database.
  • Prepare wire requests, earnest money deposit requests, and closeout forms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Prior administrative/office/account management experience required.
  • Knowledge of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and/or at least 2 years of real estate industry/escrow experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills.
  • High level of responsiveness.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and processing skills.
